Weekly Pool Service – One Year Agreement
Our weekly service includes:
Testing your water to determine the chemical balance- Balancing the water chemistry with chemicals as needed
- Vacuuming your pool with a Power Vac or our custom made portable “MaxVac” pump.
- Skimming debris from pool surface with our net
- Backwash or Service your filter regularly
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush tile and walls as needed
- Leave service summary slip of that day’s service

Drain & Clean
Generally done for maintenance or when TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels have gotten too high making it very difficult to balance the water chemistry. If the TDS is too high for an excessive period of time, mineral stains can start to form on the plaster surfaces.
- Pump the water out of your pool to a spot designated by you
- Chlorine wash pool surfaces
- If needed, acid wash the pool surfaces, however we do not recommend this treatment as it seriously diminishes the life of the pool surface
- Refill pool, add appropriate chemicals and balance water chemistry

NOTE: If your pool is in an area with a high water table, there has been considerable rain recently or the forecast calls for significant rain, we will delay the draining of your pool, as there is a serious risk of the pool popping out of the ground. It might be possible to only drain half of the water and refill it the same day.
Green-To-Clean
When algae and debris has taken over your pool, call an expert. (Hint: Us) Depending on the severity of “green”, two options are available. Drain & Clean as described above is used for the SERIOUSLY green pool that has been neglected for quite a while. The second option is generally for pools that haven’t been cared for or run for a short time. For these type of pools we will:
- Remove any large debris from the pool
- Add chlorine/super shock pool water
- Keep skimmer baskets, pump basket and filter clean
- Run pump and filter for 24 hours
- Balance water chemistry
- Brush pool surfaces to expose algae to the chemicals that have been added to the water
- Continue shock treatment until water stabilizes and maintain water chemistry
